Even though I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my short 18 years of life , there is nothing I’ve done that I wouldn’t do again . I’ve been deviant , mainstream , conformer , follower , trend-setter , freak , invisible and just plain weird . I can actually tell my kids one day that I’ve literally “been there and done that.” I can tell them that I had a high school sweetheart and things didn’t end ...
The admissions office from ODU just called my house for me and my Dad told them I was busy in the bathroom. Nice Dad. Real nice.

You know what would be nice? If someone would actually plan my birthday for me. Instead of everyone asking me what I want to do for my birthday, someone would tell me something like, “Get dressed up real nice, I’m taking you out today.” And then they would have the whole day planned out with friends and family and I would just relax.
Yeah. That would be nice.

I’m so tired of dating. It’s exhausting. I just want to hang out with someone and not worry about relationship type stuff; whether or not it’ll go somewhere or if they are into me. I don’t want to have to impress anyone. I just want to chill.
Even if I don’t win the Senior Superlative, it still feels really great to be nominated by my peers. I mean I’m one of the eight girls nominated out of my entire class, that’s pretty cool (:

I needed to trim my bangs and I cut off more than I originally wanted to.
Then, I went even more scissor crazy. I decided to trim my own hair.
Right after that, I began to think that I could cut my own layers.
I think I messed up my hair, but whatever.
